2015 ended with a wonderful engagement session of Sarah and Eric, who will be married in October. This lovely, playful, and talented couple met on the national tour of Young Frankenstein the musical. Sarah is a triple threat actress, and Eric is a trumpet player. Thus, it only seemed natural that we stop to photograph them at the arts mecca, Lincoln Center. Together they are a dynamic duo, and I can not wait to capture their wedding this fall. Congratulations you two!
New York City
On a sunny Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, Justin and Lizzy were married at Sakura Park on the Upper West Side of New York City. Their intimate ceremony was filled laughter and tears, as loved ones gathered in front of a gorgeous gazebo to watch these two lovebirds start their life together. Following this guests were invited to partake in games before heading to Dinosaur Bar-B-Que to celebrate!
Filled with heartfelt words and handmade details, this wedding day was a special one to capture. Thank you Lizzy and Justin for including me in your day. I will always be grateful!
Every wedding I have the privilege of capturing is unique, which is one of the many reasons I love the work that I do. Lauren and Andrew were married in an intimate ceremony at St. James' Church in Manhattan, New York. A place near and dear to their heart, St. James' Church provided not only a meaningful, but stunning background for their commitment to one another. To celebrate their love, Lauren and Andrew headed to Dumbo Spot in Brooklyn to not only dance the night away but eat pizza with family and friends! What I loved most about their wedding day was that the details were focused on loved ones. I couldn't think of a better way to start a life together. Congratulations you two!
A heartfelt ceremony at City Hall, that celebrated the beauty of sharing a life together. Congratulations Daren and Hilton!
Manhattan was the perfect backdrop to capture the love of Daren and Hilton. Not only did I make pictures with this incredible couple, but their family as well!
Daren's Mom Yvonne, their son Jacques, and adorable dog Peanut all joined us at their home in the Financial District. What a beautiful family, inside and out. Thank you for having me document your bond, and congratulations on this new chapter in your lives.
Stay tuned for images from Daren and Hilton's City Hall ceremony!
Being asked to document the wedding of someone you have known since you were eight years old is a very special and meaningful request. Leah contacted me this summer and I am incredibly happy I was able to photograph the start of her and Alex's life together.
I can easily sum up their wedding in three words: love, laughter, and dancing!
A big thank you to my second photographer Cherylynn Tsushima, who joyfully danced the night away with her camera to capture some great moments.
